Christmas gift labels

Christmas gift labels

The cherry on top of a lovely gift is a beautiful gift label. YourSurprise has created special gift labels for the holiday season, which you can download for free. Simply print the Christmas gift labels and add the perfect finishing touch to your Christmas gifts!

Using these Christmas gift labels is easy peasy. Read the steps below.

You will need:

- (coloured) A4 paper, preferably nice and thick
- scissors
- pen, pencil or marker
- string or ribbon
- hole puncher

1. Download the file by clicking on it.

2. Then print the file on A4. Tip: print on coloured paper for the best result. Select a lighter colour, as you may not be able to see the illustrations on darker colours. It’s also important for your paper colour to match the ink colour, as it won’t look nice if they clash.

3. You now have your printed Christmas gift labels. There are four round ones and four rectangular ones. The next step is to cut out the labels along the dotted lines. For the best result, make sure you cut off the dotted line, so it isn’t visible on your lables. Use your best scissor skills!

4. Now add the recipient’s names to side a and then your own name to side b. If you’d prefer not to say who the gift is from, you could simply put ‘Father Christmas’ instead. Use a pretty colour to write your labels for an even better result. You could choose to add your names after step 5, but please be aware there’s a chance that they may press through to the other side of the paper.

5. Time to finish the labels. You’ll need some glue or sticky tape for this. Stick the ‘side a’ and ‘side b’ parts together to create your labels.

6. Punch a hole in the label through the circle shown on the label. The best way to do this is using a hole punch, though you can do this with scissors if you don’t have one.

7. Now you can attach the label to the gift by adding a piece of string or ribbon through the hole in the label, then attaching this to your gift. All done! Your gift is perfect and you’re ready for the best part, which is giving your gift to the recipient!
