Information about this gift

Can I add photos to the numbered cards like 2, 3, and 4 in the playing deck?

No. If you choose the personalisation on the fron, you can only personalise specific cards such as the Jack, Queen, King, Joker, and Ace, while numbered cards cannot be customised with images.

Which playing cards can be personalised in the deck?

You can only personalise the front of specific cards: the Jack (J), Queen (Q), King (K), Ace (A), and Joker. The numbered cards (2–10) cannot be personalised individually. Alternatively you can choose a personalisation on the back of the card. You can choose front or back personalisation in the product page.

Can I use a different photo for each King, Queen, and Jack in the playing deck?

The photo you select for a specific card type will be used on all four cards of that type, so you cannot use a different photo for each individual King, Queen, or Jack.

Can I use multiple different photos on the photo card deck?

If you choose to personalise your cards on the back, you add a single photo in the editor, and that same photo is printed on the back of all the cards in the deck. Alternatively you can choose a front personalisation, but you can personalise only Jack, Queen, King, Ace and Joker.

Can both the front and the back of the playing cards be personalised?

No. You can only personalise either the back or the front of the card, not both. You can chosse this option in the product page.

Can text be added to the personalised playing cards?

Yes. You can add text to your personalised playing cards by opening the editor, choosing a design, clicking on the text option, and typing your message. This can be done only for the personalisation option in the back of the cards.

Do the playing cards come in a storage box?

The personalised playing cards arrive in a cardboard box measuring approximately 9.4 x 6.4 x 2.5 cm.

Does the personalised card deck contain all the cards needed to play a game?

Yes, the personalised card deck contains all the cards you need for a complete game: 52 cards in four suits plus 2 jokers, coming in a storage box.

How do I know if my picture has the right quality?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your gift. That's why it's important to use high-quality photos. If you're unsure about the quality of your image, please contact our customer service team and include your photo along with the gift you are interested in ordering. They can then check the quality for you!

What formats can I upload?

You upload JPG and PNG files into our editor. Is this too technical or do you have an image of a different format you would like to use? Please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you so you can make the gift you want!

Can I add multiple photos to my gift?

Yes. You can do that by choosing a collage design in our editor and upload your photos.

Can I add a text and a photo together on my gift?

Yes, you can add text boxes on top of your photo, so you can combine both a personal message and your favourite picture on the same gift.

Can I add my own logo on the gift?

Yes, you can upload your own logo in JPG or PNG format, just as you would with an image.

Can I print a working QR code on the gift?

Yes, you can upload a QR code in JPG or PNG format.

What is personalising and how does this work on the website?
You can start making your gift by clicking the ‘start personalising’ button. In our gift editor, you can personalise the gift completely in accordance with your wishes: add your own picture and/or text. If you want, you can also opt for a cool design to make your gift truly unique.

Is personalisation included in the price?
The price shown on the website includes the personalisation of your gift. Nice and clear!

Is my gift wrapped?
Currently, we do not have a gift-wrapping service to wrap your present. We do deliver our gifts in a festive packaging. This means that your gift is ready to be given or that it can be sent to the recipient directly.

No invoice is not sent with your order. You will always receive the invoice in the confirmation email and you can always find it in your MySurprise account. This means you can have the gift delivered directly to the recipient, making it a true surprise!

Very pleased with the item. What made it even better is the shipment was fast racked via UPS to arrive before Christmas due to a mechanical problem. I really appreciated this as the cards were meant for my son who was going travelling
