Returns and right of withdrawal

Personalised products

Because personalised products are made entirely to order according to your wishes, they are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means that these products cannot be returned.

Of course, we still want you to be happy. If there's something wrong with your order or the product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately, so we can find a suitable solution together.

Non-personalised products

Are you ordering a product without personalisation? Then you have the legal right of withdrawal.

Cooling-off period: You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

How to return: Register your return by sending an email to our customer service department. We will then send you further instructions.

Return costs: The costs for the return shipment from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.

Refund: We will refund the order amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days after receiving your return shipment, provided the product is received in good condition. We will use the same payment method you used for the order.
