I cannot of a way for improvement. The website was easy to navigate, quality & prices are fabulous. Contact with the team, when only one of my items arrived. They quickly responded explaining as second item was personalised, this would take at least 5 working days as explained on web.
Very happy & will order further items

I thought this was a great experience online.
The packaging on delivery and the actual box it arrived in was beautiful.
I can't eat chocolate but i have it on good authority they are delicious.
The picture i used is 50 years old but it came up so well on the chocolate.
I have already recommended you to friends.
Thank you due a lovely treat due last of my parents Golden Wedding anniversary favours.

I am extremely satisfied with Your Surprise and Evri delivery. The only one thing I can suggest that you can improve on is giving the option of the person that the gift is for and the person who is sending the gift. Fir example my gift was for Stuart and my name is Suzanne, but once I placed the order I was then receiving emails addressed for Stuart instead of my name Suzanne. Overall everything else was excellent and I have been recommending Your Surprise to family and friends. This is not the first time for me to order a gift and not the last time.
