Ich habe einen personalisierten Geschenkartikel bestellt und bin restlos begeistert. Die Herstellung und der Versand waren unglaublich schnell – alles kam sogar früher an als erwartet. Die Verpackung war wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet, man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut in jedes Detail gesteckt wird.
Die Qualität ist hervorragend, die Personalisierung perfekt umgesetzt. Aber das Wichtigste sind die Emotionen: Die Freude des Beschenkten war einfach unbezahlbar und mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben.

The cushions are absolutely amazing! The ordering was simple and easy, price reasonable and I was so happy with everything. There was a delay in delivery as my order got held up. When I messaged support they quickly rectified it and I had my parcel very quickly from there. Totally recommend the products and the company!

I ordered an umbrella with a photo of my toddler for our favourite educator at her daycare. It was a going away gift because the educator is going back to Ireland and we wanted to gift her something useful and funny and meaningful. She cried when she opened it, she loved it so much. The delivery date I was initially given was not accurate, as the package arrived later than expected, and the order was incorrect. However, the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful through email communication. They provided me with a discount code and sent the correct order at no extra cost. Despite the initial issues, their professionalism and willingness to resolve the problem left a positive impression.
