So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Through out the entire process from finding you guys online. Website was easy to navigate through and uploading of pictures was nice and easy. The price was reasonable, the quality of the jigsaw was excellent and that's coming from my partner, who does a new jigsaw every week. Only negative is that your business isn't in Australia. I ordered birthday card for my special person. Unfortunately, if arrived being partially folded. I am very greatful to the whole team for sending replacement. Communication was very fast and clear.

Maybe packaging of giant cards can be a bit better to avoid folding.
