I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Keine Verbesserungsvorshläge, ganz im Gegenteil, perfekte, rasche Abwicklung meiner tel. Reklamation (leider wurde die Bildplatte von der Holzkiste mit dem Bier beim Transport beschädigt - Bild war gesprungen). Innerhalb von 1 Woche wurde diese nachproduziert und kostenlos geliefert. Großes Kompliment an Ihr Unternehmen für die schnelle und vor allem komplikationslose Abwicklung meiner Reklamation.
