I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Ik had (onder meer) een fotobeker besteld. Die was in wat kartonnetjes verpakt. Was niet erg geweest ware het niet dat ik 'm kado ga geven en dat dit het kado inpakken heel lastig maakte.

Maar verder alles top hoor. Hele snelle bezorging!
