I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Wie gut die Qualität ist, wird sich im Alltag zeigen, auch ob das Bild gut sichtbar bleibt oder sich abnutzt. Ich mag die Steifigkeit nicht so gern, macht es alles so klein eng und unpraktisch. War für meine Tochter aber ein süßes Geschenk. So wie abgebildet und super schnell.

Twee van de 4 glazen waren niet goed bedrukt en ik heb heel snel 2 nieuwe glazen gekregen. Ik ben al lang klant van Your Surprise en ik ben op dat vlak nog nooit teleurgesteld geweest. Het vertrouwen in kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid is er gewoon. Top!
