I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

De spullen lagen vrij los in de doos. Wellicht is hierdoor de badcape aan de rand gescheurd. Jullie herstelactie was top. Snel en correct gehandeld bij het opsturen van een vervangend exemplaar.

Het was lastig om de juiste tekst op de glazen te krijgen, kreeg steed een melding dat de tekst niet op de glazen paste. Hierdoor moest ik alles telkens opnieuw invoeren waardoor de datum uiteindelijk verkeerd heb opgegeven. Maar dit is door juliie uitstekend opgepakt en aangepast en kosteloos nageleverd. Hiervoor nogmaals super bedankt en het ook nog optijd geleverd.
