When I accidentally ordered two of the same drink bottle you very promptly refunded me for the one I didn't want. When I followed up delivery of the second order you promptly dealt with it and it arrived very soon after.
Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!

Eerst lukte het niet met een voorraad pot te personaliseren maar gebeld met de Ks en toen is het gelukt. Wat fijn dat hier nog echte mensen zijn die je kunnen helpen.
