I think this is a lovely gift idea and have used it several times. However I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is good quality but I thought it would be more like a puzzle box with the picture and number of pieces printed on it, not the one size fits all gift box we got.

I am really happy with this item, it is a birthday gift for our grandson on his 3 birthday. It was quite easy to order, reasonably priced and the delivery was quick and easy. 10 out of 10 for Your Surprise company for this. Ich habe personalisierte Pralinen ohne Füllung bestellt mit 1 Coolpack. Es war sehr heißes Wetter und ich hatte Bedenken, ob sie wohl gut ankommen. Aber es war alles bestes, 100% gut angekommen. Ich fand sie wohl etwas teuer, aber es sollte ein schönes Geschenk werden. Und da hab ich dann nicht nach den letzten Euro geschaut. Und sie waren richtig lecker. Also top wer was besonderes sucht.

Malgré une livraison incomplète la société à de suite réagi et à fait expédier le complément qui hélas est arrivée tardivement donc j'ai du trouver une alternative par moi même et je leurs en ai faite .C est une société très à l'écoute et très réactive et à décidé de me rembourser
A la prochaine occasion festive je referais appel à eux malgré tout
Ce genre de litiges peut arriver à tout le monde mais là société été plus que correct bravo

Vielleicht eine kleine Anmerkung. Das man in dem wärmeren Monaten automatisch Eispads hinzufügt, ohne sie extra anzugeben. Das vergißt man als Kunde manchmal schnell zu tun. Ansonsten bin ich vollkommen zufrieden mit der Bestellung und dem freundlichen Kundenservice.
