My box came in a little damaged. I was really worried my item wood have been damaged. Sometimes boxes are needed for the customer cause we use it as a gift boxes and wrap it. I was grateful my item wasn't affected by the damage done to the parcel box. I live this umbrella, you guys did a fantastic job. Thank you, I would for sure use your company again. I ordered a personalised gift about three weeks ago for my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, when the parcel arrived, the gift was damaged. I only noticed this at the moment I gave it to my friend, which was really upsetting. However, my friend kindly suggested not letting it ruin the moment.
A few days later, customer service contacted me for feedback. I was honest and explained what had happened, without really expecting anything in return. I was genuinely surprised when they immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge as an apology.
The replacement was sent twice — the first parcel was unfortunately lost by the delivery company — but today I finally received it, and it looks absolutely perfect!
I am truly impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and care shown by the YourSurprise team. I can’t wait to surprise my friend again.

So happy and grateful for this. I really liked the personalization option and the gifts turned out great!

Sad that it was not delivered by the courier on time. The customer service was also helpful to me. I would definitely order again. I liked how there is an option for us to schedule the delivery date. I hope there's one for the time too!
