I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

I purchased personalised mugs and when they arrived one was broken in transit no fault of the company. When i contacted through chat they had it reordered while we were chatting. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. i would recommend 100%

De bidons waren heel eenvoudig en goed te maken via de site en ze zijn heel mooi geworden. Op een van de bidons was de inkt op een plekje iets uitgelopen. Er werd direct en zonder gedoe een nieuwe gestuurd. Heel fijn!

Franchement je recommande.
Si j'ai pas mis "10" c'est vraiment uniquement parce que dans les modèles de personnalisation, j'ai trouvé plusieurs petites difficultés dans la création.
Il est évident que vous devez avoir des Template :-)
On s'est trouvé limité , mais finalement on a trouvé notre choix et cela nous convient!
Donc... Je recommande!
