I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Ich muss dir auf jeden Fall loben richtig coole Idee verdient, dass man das Foto auch wechseln kann für den Koffer das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist als ich das Foto reingelegt habe gibt es so Miniecken die wegen des Fotos Hubel sozusagen entstehen die sieht man jetzt von außen bei dem dunklen Bild nicht so krass aber ich könnte mir vorstellen bei einem hellen Bild wahrscheinlich schon eher und mir hat auch ein Stück des wildes gefehlt, da das nicht ganz sauber mit den Kanten abschließt des Koffers und dadurch man durch meinen Koffer durchsehen könnte. Also das Foto ist an den oberen Seiten etwas zu kurz geschnitten aber ansonsten richtig gutes Produkt

Top firma. Komt exact na wat beloofd wordt. Heb je een probleem wordt het direct opgelost. En voor mij persoonlijk is het belangrijk:
1) telefonisch snel bereikbaar.
2) je zowaar een persoon aan de lijn krijgt
3) er wordt geluisterd, ideeën aangedragen en eventueel per direct problemen opgelost.
En dat voor deze chatbox tijd. Chapeau !
