I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Das Einzige, was nicht optimal war, ist die Tatsache, dass das Foto im Bestellprozess größer und besser aussieht, als auf den Pralinen selbst (wenn man wie ich eine ganze Figur abbilden lässt) Aber ich hätte ja nur das Gesicht nehmen können, dann wäre es auch auf der Praline besser zu sehen - also mein eigener Fehler. nur auf dem Bild im Netz sah es einfach passender aus, als im Original auf der Praline.

Tout était parfait. Juste dire a votre livreur de déposer le colis dans la boite aux lettres ou devant la porte. Car mes colis ont été déposés au milieu du jardin en plein soleil alors que c'était du chocolat. Heureusement que nous êtions á la maison
