I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Ik wilde een grote kaart bijvoegen bij mijn cadeau maar kon helaas geen tekst toevoegen. Na telefonisch contact met de klantenservice is dit heel goed opgelost, maar jammer dat het niet kon (misschien een technisch probleem?)

Nemt og hurtig espedit! Til sammenligning kan jeg fortælle jer, at Georg Jensen Damask skulle bruge 5 måneder på samme opgave (håndklæder me dingravering) - medio december kunne jeg modtage mine håndklæder med indgravering, hvis de var bestilt inden 23. august. Og de kun kunne tilbyde navne, der er registreret i Familieretshusets register. Hos jer kunne jeg skrive det jeg ville, og fra jeg bestilte til varen til den lå klar til afhentning var der gået under 4 døgn!
