I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

De gepersonaliseerde snijplank ziet er prachtig uit en voelt stevig aan.

De communicatie rondom de levering was uitstekend: ik werd tijdig geïnformeerd dat het mogelijk niet op tijd zou komen. Na mijn vraag hierover kreeg ik direct een duidelijke reactie en werd er met me meegedacht. Uiteindelijk is de snijplank toch op tijd geleverd.

Zeer tevreden over zowel het product als de service.
