I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Ik ben nu aan het chatten met een medewerker, de foto die bij de puzzel hoort is nogal rood. Maar dit is maar het plaatje en niet de puzzel zelf als het goed is. Dus misschien daar iets aan doen? Verder ben ik heel bij met de bestellingen nu de ontvanger nog.

Ontzettend tevreden over de service. Zeer betrouwbaar en de communicatie is persoonlijk, snel en prettig. Toen er iets niet helemaal goed ging, werd dit direct en heel professioneel opgelost.

De persoonlijke ballon was prachtig en precies zoals gewenst. Je merkt dat er echt aandacht wordt besteed aan de klant én aan het eindresultaat.
