Not a scratch! That pink outer packaging protects the product inside so well, very nice and sturdy for long distance transits - that's really important so thank you so much for that. Ik had een glazen kaarshouder met foto besteld.
Ik werd op de hoogte gebracht dat het niet op het afgesproken moment kon geleverd worden omdat de glazen kaarshouders niet in voorraad waren.Ik kon eventueel iets anders kiezen.
Dit wou ik niet en ik heb gezegd dat ik het tegen een bepaalde datum nodig had.
Er werd geantwoord dat de levering van de glazen kaarshouders op een bepaalde dag ging geleverd worden en ze hun best gingen doen zodat ik de gepersonaliseerde kaars tijdig ging ontvangen.
Dit is zo dan ook gebeurd. Ik heb deze nog ruim op tijd ontvangen.
