I am really happy with this item, it is a birthday gift for our grandson on his 3 birthday. This is a lovely gift idea and I've used it twice. The colours of the picture were not as clear in the puzzle. And whilst the packaging/box is good quality, I wanted it to be more like a puzzle box with the photo printed on the box lid with the number of pieces showing. But I really like this idea and the people I gave them to were very pleased.

Het zou leuk zijn om ook zelf figuurtjes te kunnen kiezen en met tekst in te vullen uit een assortiment door jullie aangeboden om een mok nog prrsoonlijker te maken. Ik bedoel zelf een ontwerp maken en niet enkel tekst of foto invullen. Of ik heb dit niet ontdekt...
Maar wat ik kreeg was leuk, ik ben tevreden.

Met de klantenservice heb ik nog geen contact gehad, dus daarover geen mening.
